I’m Ivan Martinec, a ZINZINO President and founder of Success Unity. For more than six years, I’ve been learning, building and supporting people in the wellness business.
I know what it feels like to start without all the answers. My role today is to help people understand the model, build useful skills and choose their own direction with clarity.

I founded Success Unity to create a community where people can learn together, find practical guidance and build leadership that lasts.
I continue to lead in ZINZINO and mentor people who want to explore the customer-first wellness business for themselves.
